Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Tomatoes (ripe, chopped)
  • 1 medium Carrot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt (or regular salt to taste)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (optional)
  • 1 Cup or half glass water

Instructions
 

  • Prep the veggies: Wash and chop the tomatoes and carrot. Peel ginger.
  • Blend: Add tomatoes, carrot, ginger, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and water (little first) into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. If needed, strain for a lighter texture (optional).
  • Taste and adjust salt or spices if needed. Add a pinch of black pepper for extra warmth.
  • Serve immediately, at room temperature.
