Ingredients
- 2 medium Tomatoes (ripe, chopped)
- 1 medium Carrot (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp black salt (or regular salt to taste)
- 1 pinch black pepper (optional)
- 1 Cup or half glass water
Instructions
- Prep the veggies: Wash and chop the tomatoes and carrot. Peel ginger.
- Blend: Add tomatoes, carrot, ginger, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and water (little first) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If needed, strain for a lighter texture (optional).
- Taste and adjust salt or spices if needed. Add a pinch of black pepper for extra warmth.
- Serve immediately, at room temperature.
