He every time stayed connected and asked what best options he can have during his outings and sticked to that only. Sometimes, he got bored with Salads or Dals, but his dedication leads him back to the track. Occasional happiness meals (cheat meals) and Favorite foods boost his will back to the goal and gives us lesson that we have to manage timings, portions of food and not to skip the complete food group.

Now, Yash is entering a new phase — muscle building and strength training. After achieving his fat loss goal, his focus has shifted to building a stronger, more defined physique. He understands that fitness is a lifelong journey, and there’s always room to grow and improve.
