8 Reasons for Sudden Weight Gain

At present many people are dealing with Obesity and Metabolic Disorders. Few have noticed sudden rise in their weight and are tensed about the cause. They wonder why their body is gaining this weight at rapid rate, but they forget to notice that their lifestyle is playing important role in gaining of their weight.   4. Hormonal Disbalances: Hormonal disturbances sometimes may be reason for sudden weight gain. It is seen mostly in PCOS, Thyroid and declining of Estrogen levels during menopause. They are lifestyle disorders and can be managed easily via proper lifestyle changes.
  5. Improper Sleeping Patterns: Late night parties, chatting, binge watching disturb our sleeping habits.   6. No Proper Hydration: Hydration is most important part of healthy lifestyle changes. Our body comprises of 70 percentage of water, but we forget to drink it. Dehydrations causes our hunger hormones to activate after 20 minutes of thirst and results in overeating of food.
  7. Certain Medications: Certain medications, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, and corticosteroids, can cause weight gain as a side effect.
  8. Genetics: Genetics plays role in weight gain up to some extend family history, family routine and ancestors metabolic activity rate affects some of the factors for weight gain. But currently research shows that we can change our genetic disorders by our proper lifestyle changes.
