With March, April, and May being the peak of the heatwave season, staying hydrated is absolutely essential. Join this incredible challenge to keep yourself refreshed and healthy, all while being part of a supportive community!
Track your daily water intake using water intake tracker apps and make hydration a habit. To keep things lively, we’ll also have engaging activities like fun games, polls, and various events along the way.
