Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sattu flour (roasted Bengal gram flour)
- 1 Small Banana
- 3 tsp Curd or Yogurt
- 2 pods Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Jaggery Powder or Honey (optional)
- 1 pinch Black salt
- 1/2 Cup Water
Instructions
- In a blender, add banana, curd/yogurt, and water.
- Add sattu flour, roasted cumin powder, jaggery powder and salt.
- Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- Check consistency – add more water if needed to adjust thickness.
- Serve fresh, topped with a sprinkle of cumin powder.
