Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Sattu flour (roasted Bengal gram flour)
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 3 tsp Curd or Yogurt
  • 2 pods Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 tsp Jaggery Powder or Honey (optional)
  • 1 pinch Black salt
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add banana, curd/yogurt, and water.
  • Add sattu flour, roasted cumin powder, jaggery powder and salt.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  • Check consistency – add more water if needed to adjust thickness.
  • Serve fresh, topped with a sprinkle of cumin powder.
