- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 1 Apple (medium Size)
- 2-3 Dates
- 2 Walnuts
- 1 tsp Flaxseeds (optional)
- 1 or 2 Pinch Cinnamon Powder
- Minimal Water
Instructions
- De-seed the dates and put them in a blender.
- De-seed the apple & add it to the blender. Do not Peel it.
- Now add Walnuts, Flaxseeds, Cinnamon Powder and blend, add little water for getting the desired consistency.
- Garnish smoothie with flaxseed powder or walnut chunks. Yummy Apple Walnut Dates Smoothie is ready!
