  • 1 Grinder
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple (medium Size)
  • 2-3 Dates
  • 2 Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1 or 2 Pinch Cinnamon Powder
  • Minimal Water

Instructions
 

  • De-seed the dates and put them in a blender.
  • De-seed the apple & add it to the blender. Do not Peel it.
  • Now add Walnuts, Flaxseeds, Cinnamon Powder and blend, add little water for getting the desired consistency.
  • Garnish smoothie with flaxseed powder or walnut chunks. Yummy Apple Walnut Dates Smoothie is ready!
